The coordination service covers owner and title verification, lease drafting and review, deposit receipt, utility account transfers, inventory documentation at move-in, and a walkthrough to record the condition of the property. We also handle the first contact with building management on your behalf. Renewal support at term-end is included.
The Signature Programme covers the upper tier of the market — full-floor units, architecturally considered residences, and buildings with meaningful privacy considerations. It includes private viewings outside public listing hours, a written building dossier, airport reception on arrival, household staff introductions, and continuing concierge attention through the first year of the tenancy.
For the Residence Search, a small engagement fee is payable at the start to cover the cost of pre-visits and research. The balance is paid on successful placement. For tenancy coordination, fees are payable at the point of lease signing. The Signature Programme is structured individually and discussed during your initial conversation.
Yes. A meaningful share of our work involves clients who are yet to arrive in Kuala Lumpur. We conduct remote briefings, send detailed video walk-throughs at your request, and can manage the full process ahead of your arrival date. The Signature Programme includes airport reception as standard for relocating clients.
